Lets all run out and purchase one of those strap on magnetic oil filter thingies that will save our engines from the large metallic boulders that break loose. All oil filters need a magnetic rubber dont they??

Thought I would add those dumb a$$ double bladed wipers. The fluorescent colored ones were the worst. Vehicles looked stupid with four blades on the window. I guess I seem like I still don't like them.

I take it the clock on the stereo isn't accurate enough for you?

I've got a good one for you... Hub Cap Cable Locks. We spent the better part of a weekend trying to figure out how to get them to work... they had a hook on one end the would fit bebeath the lug nut (tapered seat) and a eye on the other end the first end wouldn't go through... we couldn't figure out how to atach them to the hub cap.

Also, say somehow there was a way to make it work.... what if, driving down the freeway, you hit a pot-hole that dis-lodges the hub cap from the rim... now, with it being cabled to the wheel, you just made mince-meat out of your $600 fender to prevent losing a $20 hub cap!?! Ridiculous!

The color wheel dressing is not too bad, not too many peopel have it around here, It does wear off quick. The scented armor all stuff jsut plain stinks. One thing that I have found to be useless is cheap pedal covers. The cheap set I had would slide sideways and almost cuase the gas pedal to stick. Now the's just plain dangerous.

How about Wal-Mart, not the oil and filter isle, not the floor mat and seat cover isle, not the spark plug and headlight isle but that one isle that every Wal-Mart has that contains 99% bull*****. The stuff that sticks on the dash, straps to the seat, bungies to the visors, hangs on the doors, wraps around the steering wheel, etc. You could buy one of everything on that isle and install it and you would never know what you were driving. Super Deluxe black vinyl, felt lined, litter bags. INfinitely adjustable cupholders, valve stem caps with little dice on the ends, fold down tables for seatbacks, suction cup clipboards with tethered pens and those fabulous automotive mini-blinds.

I HATE THAT ISLE!!

Wink

Well, the clock on my Kenwood CD player takes several buttons to change, and as much as I cross
the timelines in this country, that could be dangerous to others The stick on has two buttons and I can see it readily(because of the 1/2" numbers, lol) The compass is mounted way up at the top of the windshield,so I don't even notice it til I need it,,,,,,,98

I just saw one of those steering wheel massager covers that had really sharp edges...That will keep you alert,lol.....

Believe it or not I actually got something useful out of one of those Wal-mart isles. I got a set of 1" spot mirrors for my truck. Other than that the rest of it was pretty useless junk.

BTW love the picture of ZZTop 98.

Today I saw a grocery getter with hubcaps that had fake cross drilled rotors built in.
Um, anyone who knows what they are, will surely not be fooled!

btw, 98screamer, how about this?

Cool

Speaking of the huge tailpipes on ricers, I watched my Brother-in-Law put a 4" full lenght exhaust system on an Eclipse turbo! (not his, he works for an auto shop) Besides looking stupid and draging on the ground over every bump, it probably killed any horsepower that car had by eliminating all the backpressure. Hope it sounded good at least.
