anyone else apply for the new xbox live update trial? I got accepted today so i get to try some new stuff before its released

Mine is Supercharged150 I see a lot of civic names on Xbox live

 

as someone who has both I can say this, the PS3 has alot of potential and could easily be better then the xbox 360...but its NOT because they havent put ANY effort into it. The whole 360 platform and available features especially xbox live embarass the PS3.

Yeah I got it to, its pretty sweet. The 1080p HD streaming is great, so is Last.fm

It's a first person shooter (like Halo) set in a Mad Max type world. Biggest difference is the game is also an RPG. There are thousands and thousands of different types of guns, as you kill things and complete missions you gain experience and can upgrade skills and gear. You can pick between a sniper, soldier, beserker or fast chick (haven't tried her yet) but all classes can use the same type of weapons and gear.

You can also play the whole game in co-op mode. There are deathmatch style multiplayer games too, but the focus on this one is co-op play.
