Who's ready for boat season?

Just pulled the cover off mine today. Checked all lights and electronics and pulled everything out that was stored so things get a chance to air out.

Gotta clean her up, apply a spit shine and check that everything else is in order.

It hit right around 80 here today so I'm looking forward to at least an easy season break in cruise.

I am hoping to get my health good enough to take the boat out towards the end of summer time. Kinda sucks when you have a Nautique and can't use it.

I'm always ready......just need a boat LOL

I use to have a Carolina Skiff, great boat for freshwater(where I live at) or saltwater for bay/flats(about 30mins away).

I'm ready, even though none of the boats are... This weekend is tune ups and oil changes on the boss's boats (28' Tritoon & 21' Lund), along with cleaning them up and shake down runs. Then there's his two jet skis... I'll take them to the lake in a few weeks. Then there's my boat... It's going to get a new transom soon, along with the floor and stringer while I'm in there.

I'm hoping to get out this Sunday for the first trip of the season. It's the start of trophy season! But I'm more excited for the water to warm up so the blue crabs become active.

Its boat season pretty much year round, below the garrison dam. It gets alittle chilly when its below 0 lol. I think december was the only month last year the boat never hit the water....
