So awhile back i remember getting a thing in the mail about a law suit to apple because of the 1st gen ipod nanos scratch too easily or something of that matter i can't really remember. mine btw hasn't been turned on in like 4 years since i have an ipod touch now. i sent the form back and today i got a check for $37.50 from apple in the mail. it's going to be a good day.

actually it wasn't that great of a day. me and my girlfriend of a year and a month broke up ha but i think we will end up back together. i blame apple.... i want another lawsuit.

and B2therad i think you should give me $37.50 for pain and suffering since my other girlfriend , Megan Fox, was cheating on me with you according to that one thread.

no, not about getting back together. we're just having conversation which i can only see as a plus since she said she never wants to speak to me again earlier. i think eventually we will get back together. there are a few people that do not want us to be together and she finally just said today that she's tired of it but she still keeps telling me she loves me and all. i think it'll get better.

haha i'm about to be 20..... if you're asking me because of how childish this all sounds then i completely agree with you. i really hate what these two people have done to me and my girlfriend but those people are my older sister and her best friend whom are both the ditsy facebook stalking, nosy, bitchy type of girl. they are always in other peoples business and i can't tell you how many times i've told them to grow up.

also it doesn't help that my GF and my sisters friend use to be best friends last year and on spring break i made out with both of them at the same time then made out with just the friend. i regret that decision every day because my GF has never liked her since.
