keeping me happy is one thing. and i doubt that i will be moving any time soon so i will not have a need to use them. however i may be in the position to give them referrals. and not working right now i am definetly in the position to search out every forum and discussion group on the internet to post my story and how i was treated. see i have already started here. so the best thing they can do is make it right. that is to fix my truck and give me a ride for the time that it takes. i am willing to forget that the repaired areas will fade differently than the none painted surfaces.
they did this cause they hired stupid workers or its a matter of you get what you pay for. maybe if they gave them another buck an hour thinking might be brought to work with them.
so in the long run they will lose. how many lost jobs in this economy does it take to hurt. its not like houses are selling and people are moving

Look being a part time truck broker, working for publix, and a part owner of a trucking company with a fleet of 40 i know what keeping your customers happy means. but there is also a point where you can only lose so much. Im not saying you go back on your policy, obviously you cant do that, but you do what you HAVE to do and thats it. i hate to say that but with the way the economy is right now, you just have to understand it. i doubt they will go the extra mile and get a rental. Money is everything. you may think o its poor business. Do you really think losing a customer will hurt them? its just one of those things you have to deal with, and again trust me, i understand the give or take game.
Im done here. Its two against one. You all are playing the pity game while im using common since and business skills.

i hammered on them a little and said that i hoped to get this done without spending money on an attorney and today an adjuster called who said she is getting the paperwork together. i am still pissed that they did the damage to the paint on the truck but what is done is done. now if they let me take it to the shop i got an estimate from and pay for a loaner i will let it go. they give me a hard time or dont give me a loaner thier in for some bad mouthing on line. posting their name here will be just the begining.
dont even remember if i said that they smashed the back power slider enroute. when the pickup rolled off and i saw that i started calling and got an auto glass company over within a few hours. they paid for that immediately.
i agree completely about customer service. companies screw up. thats a given. the difference is how it is handled that seperates them from each other.

i just contacted the moving company and they say they should deliver the rest of my household goods on sunday the 25th. thats only 3 weeks from the delivery of the main load. this happened cause they miss estimated the amount of goods and size of the truck. i have still not gotten the ok to get my truck fixed or have they gotten an adjuster out to look at it. and this was a company that got hi ratings on a couple internet sites.

well here it is a month after they delivered my truck and i found out that it was damaged in transit. i got an estimate from ford for 3700.00 and a private body shop for 3200.00. the moving company sent the issue to their insurance company who sent it to another company who contracted with an independent appraisal ccompany who came out last week and wrote it at 2800.00. now i wait for them all to get together on what is going to be done. a whole month. i wrote to the moving company highlighting how and why they screwed up and the are now saying that they will waive the deductible and give me 475.00 towards a rental. so far i have not let on what company it is. hopefully they come thru without me having to waste the money on an attorney. i dont think they could drag their feet any more than they are.
