I need a new laptop!

Ive had this HP Pavilion dv6000 for about 4 years now, and its starting to fall apart. I have an iPhone, iPod, and i want to finish it with a macbook! Unfortunately i dont wanna spend 2k on a new one. Does anyone know of a certified Mac dealer that sells used iMacs, with warranties? Preferably a site that someone has already used. I vaguely remember a site in Florida that did this.

Apple sells refurbished or they use to. I won't buy them new anymore either.

You do know an iMac isn't a laptop. Your thread title says you need a new laptop.

That being said, Apple sells refurbished Macs with warranty. You should also check out MacMall

HERE is one for $1128.99

I was in your same shoes except I had an HP and a Toshiba and within 2.5 years they were both dead. (HP the screen just died and started to get unresponsive) (Toshiba, the battery dies, several LED's failed on the screen, CD drive broke, speaker quit on one side)

I told myself, I have finally had enough. I bought a macbook pro 1.5years ago and it haw been absolutely perfect not even a hiccup.

They are pretty though! And they don't get viruses...but then I have not gotten a computer virus ever. Part of not getting a computer virus is being smart enough to not get a virus. Most people who get computer viruses are idiots, so Macs are great if you are an idiot!

My current mac is a 1.66ghz mini, but I just bought a 17 inch vostro dell... much more power for the dollar over the macs and I have never had a problem in 10 years with the dells also.

Dude, you got a Dell!
