Bad driver's come in all ages but some of the worst are the young girl's on the cell phones in their Honda's. I'm close to 63 and have been driving since 1962 with about 1,250,000 safe miles with no chargeable accident's. 12 year's driving gasoline tanker's included. Stupid driving know's no age boundries!

We had an overturned tanker on the interstate this morning, traffic backed up for miles in both directions, Hazmat on the scene.
Then I hear on the radio the tanker was carrying 40,000 gallons of vegetable oil.
Which explains why the hazmat guys kept slipping and falling on their butts like a Benny Hill skit.
I'm creeping along in traffic, wondering why in the world they would transfer vegetable oil in bulk like that when I spot another truck hauling what had to be the world's largest frying pan!

damn tailgating kid! wait that dont even work either. I nailed the brakes after a jeff dunham show and got an "old" guys hood stuck to my drop hitch last year (appx 40-50). His horn quit blowing really fast.
OP: I think you lose this round, you made a douchebag move by riding the old guys ***.

Muddigger:
1) GROW UP !!!!!
2) Learn to drive DEFENSIVELY instead of OFFENSIVELY !!!!
IMHO, YOU are the one to blame for this incident, NOT the elderly person who was following the rules of the road !!! Maybe you need a refresher course with your state's Driver's Manual to learn about the proper way to operate a motor vehicle.
Then again, maybe the next time you get in this situation and rearend the vehicle ahead of you, you will lose your license and have to rely on public transportation (bus system, Junior). THEN, you will have PLENTY of time to reflect on how YOUR driving style up to this point lead to you losing your license.
And, FYI, I have driven A LOT longer than you have Junior, and have NEVER been involved in a collision where I rearended a vehcle. Why? Because I learned the Smith System of driving, and use it. And I don't tailgate the vehicle ahead of me, or otherwise drive OFFENSIVELY.
