Garage Pictures!

Just got done installing all my lights the first step in redoing my garage. Next is flooring probably from MotoFloor and some paint on the walls. I did some searching and didn't find any Garage picture threads.

With that said throw up some pictures and show off your garages/shops!

very nice, what product did you put on the floors. I painted mine and within the first year it started to tear up on the tires? Have you had this problem?

I painted mine with the brand name stuff I got at Lowes. Decent enough, but I would not recommend putting it down in 95 degree weather. But it is still down after almost 4 years.

And you get a big fat FAIL for starting a thread like this and not putting up pics of yours anyways!! LOL.

I posted this in another thread, but thought you might like it too. It's a 7000lb. Mohawk lift that I installed myself.

Darkshadowstx, It was under 5 grand when the smoke cleared. I did do a lot of prep work with the floor. I cut out a 5x15ft section of concrete and put in 16in thick high strength concrete with re-bar and pinned it to the existing floor. I know, i little overkill, but I didn't want the floor to crack.

We just moved in to our place last June, we have a two and a half car garage and I'm still looking to get my half of it. After 6 years of storage my parents decided it was time to get my sh*t out of their basement. Needs a good week's worth of organizing and throwing out my wife's stuff for me to get to a point where it's usable. Got the workbench up and my tools organized, and some lights hung. I'm sick of having to trip over my bikes and half her crap to get to the compressor every time i need it, so the next job is going to be plumbing some copper air lines around the garage. I'll post pictures once it looks somewhat respectable

Motofloors are great. The best price on the kits are at Costco.

That would be amazing but A) I don't have 5 grand and B) My garage is do damn short to even lift my truck. But if I could I would do it in a heartbeat

That is where I am getting the flooring however it was hinted to me by a Costco employee that I should wait until March when a big coupon comes out for it. I cant remember how much but it was a pretty good markdown per sq/ft

Here ya go.

And as I was saying this has now been about 4 years since the old floor was painted on.

Step one is getting rid of the clutter.

I don't have a garage anymore, just a carport and one of those double car metal free standing covers... but I do have this little shop that I do some work out of and do my scooters, reloading and hobbies out of.

What it looked like sitting on the sales lot... IIRC it is a 14 X 30" unit with three windows, personnel door and roll up door.

When I was building and finishing it...

Later... too full of scooter projects
