You beat me to this Norm

Any time bud

Well the climb went well. I cranked my Ipod to give me motivation. When we got to the building (1 Boston place) we were in there for a while and registered and what not. Well before the climb started, the fire alarms went off. They said it was a drill, then a few minutes later they said it wasn't lol. So a bunch of us went into Dunkin Donuts next door and waited Well once things got underway after that I went up and let me just say it's way harder than most people would guess. I went up and after 3 floors I felt it in my lungs. I'm not out of shape either and I felt it. It's the breathing the most you feel (to anyone that hasn't done this before). It's dry, hot and I got passed once, but I caught a bunch of people that started ahead of me. I was pushing myself and literally dragged myself up the railings the last 2 flights I finished with a time of 8:15 which was 5th fastest on my team. One of the team members got 7:00 flat

Here is a link to the pictures on my gf's camera (I got permission to post them)

How did your legs feel?

Congrats! That is a great time! It's for a great cause too.

Last year I did 48 flights in 3.08. My wife was 3.14. She was mad that I beat her, because she beat me the year before. She has had asthma pretty bad since she was a little kid. She's worked very had to be fit and it's amazing that she can climb the stairs so well. It's way harder than most people would know. Man, it's got to be tough to go up so many more flights!

Yeah it was something else man, but so worth it! My legs are definitely a bit tight, but not too bad since I work out regularly. Some people were doing it and they were not in the best of shape

Maybe do a local F-150 online team sometime? I'd be down for that
