new truck...again

got rid of the mustang, surprisingly. i loved that car, but i had to upgrade, due to my photography business expanding. found me a sweet little deal on a 09 jeep liberty 4wd, so i jumped on it. hope to get back on the forums more, even if its not a ford. i was looking into the 09+ f150's and started lurking again around here, and i guess im hooked again. anyway, on to the pictures!

it needs a clay and wax badly, but i havent had time since i signed on it. hope you guys enjoy.

its got a 3.7L v6 with a k&n 77 series and a 2 inch lift. wheels are 16" i believe. i love it, plenty of room for me, tall enough to bring me wherever a shoot takes me, but nimble enough to make a u-turn without hopping a curb.

I haven't driven the 09's, but I put one of the old body styles through hell when I was out in OBX. I had to pick up some girls from a party about 5 miles up the 4x4 only beach, I borrowed it from and friend and that thing made it there and back. I beat the crap out of the suspension and after all was said and done it was still running smooth and driving straight.

Pet peeve of mine when people call SUVs trucks. There isn't even a exact definition of truck-- should it have a bed, ladder frame, 4x4, etc... Still, it bugs me.

Nice Jeep though, I was thinking about a wrangler for the longest time.

I like the rims they put on it......

However, I think you and Cesar Milan are the only men in the country who drive a Liberty.....

I do notice around here that Liberty's are driven by women. Most men go for the Grand Cherokee. But my DD is a Yota Highlander, so I have no room to talk.
