The Customer is Always Right!!!

SAN ANTONIO -- Police say a San Antonio Taco Bell customer enraged that the seven burritos he ordered had gone up in price fired an air gun at an employee and later fired an assault rifle at officers before barricading himself into a hotel room.
San Antonio police Sgt. Chris Benavides says officers used tear gas Sunday night to force the man from the hotel room after a three-hour standoff. The man is charged with three counts of attempted capital murder. Authorities have not released his name.
Brian Tillerson, a manager at the Taco Bell/KFC restaurant, told the San Antonio Express-News that the man was angry the Beefy Crunch Burrito had gone from 99 cents to $1.49 each.
"They did use to be 99 cents, but that was just a promotion," Tillerson said. "He pointed a gun at me, and he fired it. I leaned to the side and there was a pop but nothing happened."
Tillerson said the following five minutes "were pretty crazy."
The man put an assault rifle and a handgun on the roof of his Mitsubishi Eclipse. Customers dove under their tables, the employees scrambled to the back and Tillerson ran to the front to lock the doors as he called police, the paper reported.
The man then sped away. A few miles away, three patrol units pulled over the car and the suspect got out of his car carrying the assault rifle in his hands and pointing it at the officers.
Both sides began firing, police said, but no one was hit. However, one of the windshields on a patrol car was shattered.
From there, the man sped off to a Rodeway Inn and the man refused to come out.
SWAT officers used tear gas to clear the and the man came out without incident.
"The weird thing is," Tillerson told the San Antonio paper, "He was here a week ago around the same time last Sunday. He yelled at me then too."

That is just rediculous. First they force this healthcare crap on us. Then the price of gas sky rockets. Now they want to charge $1.49 for a Beefy Crunch Burrito. Seriously... we have to draw the line somewhere. We should stand up as a nation and say "NO!!". We will not be pushed around by BIG fast food like we have been pushed around by BIG oil companies and BIG government. This man is a martyr for the crusade against BIG fast food. Let us stand united against this threat to freedom.
Wait...
I dont even like Taco bell...
Nevermind.

Never had the pleasure of putting a beefy crunch burrito in my own mouth.
Saw the review and pic below.
I guess it's a small ground beef burritto with some spicy fritos tossed in.
Not worth getting shot at and teargassed for, IMO.

Typical SAPD which is why I left years ago. They're nothing more than historians with a badge. Any problems, they show up AFTER it's over and make a report. But I am impressed they actual found the perp. How unusual. But their ability to shoot a firearm is alarming at best. They had a fire fight about 6 months ago on the westside. They shot over 100 rounds at a guy at less than 20 feet and never touched him. The perp ran out of ammo and threw his hands up. What a joke.

LMFAO!! I heard about this. This is exactly why I love San Antonio. Most of the police are worthless apparently, especially if a guy who can take out 7 burritos can manuever around their attempted shots. Pathetic... the police here are usually found shooting radar on roads with freshly changed speed limits or flying through stop signs without stopping. Hell, just today I saw a police officer just hanging out at a wash tub whilst getting his car washed. None of those activities have nothing to do with being able to handle a weapon. That is the TRUE definition of "protect and serve". \
