I am sure he wont make the same mistake again. At least lets hope not. We have all had a lapse in judgement at some time.

lol shifty, I've seen fires rekindle from coals over 48 hours old!

x2 on the Fire Extinguisher. They're ~$15 and its cheap insurance when it only takes 7 minutes to consume a vehicle.

Why wouldnt you dump all the coals out of the fire pit and THEN put the EMPTY fire pit in your truck. That just makes more sense to me...

But I guess your idea was better....

for us to laugh at!

a few people have said that! but not enough! they must not like whiskey...they are COMMIES!!!! if you dont like whiskey you dont like America!! my g/f likes jack and coke! shes a keeper and shes holding the jack safe while waiting for a key to get in my house haha.

yeah i coulda prob dumped the coals out but ive throwing this bonfire pit in my bed a million times with ash in it never had a prob till today. from now on it gets dumped out or a bottle of water.

not to mention were i was the grass was super dry and it was windy so had i dumped out the coals it prob would have caught the grass on fire.

Just don't want you or anyone to get hurt.

BTW- Woman and Whiskey usually don't mix very well for some reason.
