It will be emabarassing for the plaintiff if the case is dismissed for lack of evidence.

Sounds Luke he's got a real bone to pick with those companies. Most people couldn't get up the courage to stand up for themselves like that. Hopefully they don't give him a hard time about all of this. Seems like companies as large as that would have and R&D team that could erect a machine that would not cause the consumer such hardships. If found guilty, I hope those companies receive stiff penalties for the damages done to this poor gentlman, They should be forced to walk the plank!
