Mobile office. I'm starting to travel again and this F150 is my office. And here I thought I retired.

Currently nothing. Haven't towed anything in a few years. Daily driver, grocery getter, road tripper. For what I do these days I might as well just get a car and save some gas.

My F-150 leads a very pampered existence! Garage Queen that only sees the light of day for an occasional Saturday afternoon drive in the country! The only time it gets wet is when I wash it. The only thing that's ever been in the bed is the rubber bed mat.

Yeah, I know -- it's ridiculous......

LOL. My wife now drives it to work and I drive her Escape. I get to drive the truck on the weekends, though. After a job transfer from KS to NC my commute changed from 15 miles to 50 miles round trip, so to save money we switched vehicles. She drives 10 miles round trip to work. My truck leads a pampered life. I do enjoy hunting/fishing and working in the yard, so it does get used for those things.

I'm the first "towing" vote, but I also use it for "hauling" - rocks, lumber, bags of concrete, furniture, and so on. AND, I use it when I know I'm going to be on 4WD roads, like I was up on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon a couple months ago.

Entertainment (modding) and staring at. I went through a muddy puddle once. That count as offroading?

I use mine for hunting/fishing, which 90% of the time entails towing and/or offroading. I tow my boat 3-4 days a week during summer and winter break, and on the weekends when I am in school. The roads and trails at my hunting land get pretty nasty when it rains, and it can get interesting when your towing a tractor down a wet clay road. I should probably wash it a little more often, but whenever I do it doesn't stay clean for more than a few days.

I like this one so I'll use that

I'll use it every so often to tow my boat, I used it to haul my quad around when I want to play, and I use it for excellence in the snow.

I use the bed a lot as well for moving around rocks, split wood, new wood from the lumber store, and anything else I damn well please to put in there haha.

I'm sure I could suffice with driving a car but the versatility of having a truck wins out for me every time. There are times I'm just driving along and see say a broken lawnmower on the side of the road and I can pick it up without arraigning with a friend to get it with me. I enjoy having the versatility and the option to use it when I need it. I also like being high in the air

I bought my truck because I was going to Wisconsin to work a temp contract job that was supposed to go through the winter and I wanted the 4x4 for the snow. And, I usually load it up under the cap with minimal furnishings for a small apt.

Now that I am home possibly retired, the main reason to keep it is to drive out on the beach to go swimming or surf fish. I have a Dodge Magnum Hemi that is way more fun to drive around town or on trips.
