Is that yellow paint for the strips or just 47 rolls of yellow duct tape?

Worst i ever seen was a guy used chrome duct tape to "bling" out his s-10. He had this tape everywhere, the rocker panels, wheel wheels, and even a stripe down the hood. I wish i would have had a camera with me.
