Cool

I know there are more list members out there other than Goldie who would be interrested in attending a "free" tour of the Edelbrock Plant and a "free" lunch. This tour is going to be a blast!! If you want to attend, reply to thei thread, I need a final count by the 31st of March.

NICK M.,
You and your son are accounted for as 2 people. Nick.M. (1)

I posted this msg above the names to avoid confusion "(members count as (1) person) so Franks&beans total is (2)" w/ my wife

Roger,
Bummer, I will let Camee know you were looking forward to meeting her. Thanks for the heads up.

Does that mean you are not making the KBF show too?

Bausboy,

Welcome!! I have reserved 2 spots for you thanks.

Cool

Well, it looks like we will have. at least 29 members (w/ famaily and/or friends) attending the Edelbrock tour. I want to thank everyone for responding to the "Edelbrock Tour threads" This is going to be a great tour. It looks like we will be touring at least two or three different buildings. Including the almost finish Museum. http://www.edelbrock.com/company_index.html

If you missed the driving directions I posted on the "list" I have re-posted them here as well. If you have "any" questions let me know. I can be reached at darinsusan1@home.com

Click here to view a Yahoo map. Once it opens you have to type in Torrance, CA
then hit enter. Use the arrows to zoom-in , or zoom-out. http://maps.yahoo.com/py/maps.py?Pyt...0California%20

We will be calling Edelbrock this Thursday (30th) to finalize who is coming,
so drop me an email if your coming. (only if I don't have you on the list)

Or post here: https://www.f150online.com/f150board...ML/000144.html

" These are 3 different ways to get to Edelbrock:

405 North:
Exit south on Crenshaw. Go 2 miles south to Maricopa and turn right
(it's a signal). The first street you come to is Alaska, turn right
again (it's the only way you can turn). Cross over the railroad tracks
and it's the big gray bldg on the left hand side. You need then to turn
left on California St and pull in the first driveway on the left hand
side. 2700 California St. Edelbrock is on the corner of California and
Alaska.

405 South:
Take the 405 South past Los Angeles Int'l Airport approx. 5 miles and
get off on Crenshaw Blvd., going South, or right. You have to stay to
the right as you get off at the Crenshaw exit. Go approx. 2 miles on
Crenshaw Blvd, under the railroad bridge and up the hill to Maricopa St.
and turn right. Then take the first right hand turn which is Alaska.
Cross over the railroad tracks and it's the big gray bldg on the left
hand side. You need then to turn left on California St and pull in the
first driveway on the left hand side. 2700 California St. Edelbrock is
on the corner of California and Alaska.

West on the 91:
Take the 91 West until it ends and turns into Artesia Blvd. Continue
West on Artesia until you come to Crenshaw Blvd. and turn left or South.
Go approx. 3 miles on Crenshaw Blvd. under the railroad bridge and up
the hill to Maricopa St. and turn right. Then take the first right hand
turn which is Alaska. Cross over the railroad tracks and it's the big
gray bldg on the left hand side. You need then to turn left on
California St and pull in the first driveway on the left hand side. 2700
California St. Edelbrock is on the corner of California and Alaska ".

big.mike,

your in buddy!

Let me say this, if you still want to go, but didn't reply, I am sure the folks at Edelbrock won't kick you out, but when it comes time for lunch, don't expect me to share. I may drop a crumb or two. LOL

Thanks for all who responded, Have a great weekend, Time to start working on detailing out the truck.
