Who is going to the SA Rally from Houston? I know MikeH and Wyldman are. Anyone else? Lets drive over there together. I was planning on leaving after lunch to be in SA before dinner. What do you say?

 

Come on Houston, let's TexasAg here from you. It would be neat to see so many convoys converge on one hotel.

 

Well I'll be passing through Houston on my way from La. I'm thinking of leaving Baton Rouge around 5 am or so. That would put me in Houston around 9-10 am or so if you wanna leave earlier.

Sounds good to me. A friend of mine that I work with is going with me. We work in the Galleria area so maybe we can meet somewhere around there for lunch and then hit the road.

How do you like your 3" lift? I heard Tazman helped you. He said you were going to try and make it to Academy last weekend but you had to get an alignment. Meeting at the Galleria would be alright with me. I know there is a fast food place right off of the freeway. Let me know.

Sorry guys, I've been a little busy getting Beastie fixed up after an attack by a fuel pump gremlin. She's all better now and is just chompin' at the bit to go.

I was thinking that a good meeting place for everyone might be Katy Mills Mall. It's huge, it's right on I-10, it has about 200 places to eat, and it's right on the outskirts of town. I thought it would be easier for us to get out together from there and it's so easy to find that no one can get lost.

Just a thought to think of. Make sure yall fill up the trucks before leaving. Hate for someone to be left behind because they have to get gas on the way.

Sounds good to me. I've been to the Mall twice before. Actually, I went to BASS PRO SHOPS OUTDOOR WORLD!!! We'll have to resist the urge to go in there.

I guess it is just the three of us. Tazman said he couldn't make it.

Yeah Luke's is the burger place I was thinking of. Or if you want to meet on I10, there is a furniture store called IKEA with a big parking lot right off the freeway. And there is a steak restaurant right there too.
I talked to Wyldman last weekend and I thought he was cruising with us?? I guess we need to talk to him.
