So, for the contest, dose all the mud have to be applied by the tires, or are buckets ok? You guys have thos big meats that stick out of the fenders which gives you an unfair advantage. If I get in the mud it will just be so Mudder can use his winch.

OK, The contest rules are as follows:
Mud must be applied to the body of the truck.
Mud can be applied only by the movement of
the vehicle through said mud.
No human mud to vehicle contact may occur.
If a friend is so inclined he or she may spray mud onto a fellow drivers truck with the movement of his or her truck. Note this will only help the sprayee not the sprayor.
All must have fun and get MUDDY!!!!!

Well, guys, the SA rally has come and gone. Now it's time to get excited about some off roading!
I need to start getting a count of how many people we will have out there. 4X4s 2X4s and 2X4s that are just going to be hanging out / rideing along. Is there going to be anyone needing a site with electrical hookups for a camper? Will you be camping? Staying in town? Would you be interested in donating to the "Big tires for Little Foot" fund? How many people will be with you? Etc etc.
BTW: I don't think we'll have any proplems with Barney at this place.

Hey guys-
I'm interested in going but as you aleady know, I only have a lifted 4x2. Should I even bother trying to run with the big boys? If I go I want to get drive and get dirty but I don't want to spend the whole day being stuck. Hopefully I can get my 285s by then.

What do you think? Is this a 'do your own thing' or a race? Not too interested in racing.

I'd like to tag along too. I think I'd even enjoy getting a little muddy if I there's some intermediate pieces the ole' 4X2 could handle. It's about time I got a little dirty.

ad4x4ofrd,

don't think so. I am the light man, always will be. In the future, I will end up with about 12 total. It sure is good to own a full machine shop. So good luck with addin 6 on a brush guard. My dad and I were jokin around the other day. I told him I wanted a few more, he told me we could stick 20 on there if I wanted. I just laughed. He told me, "You think I can't do it son? I'll do that and stick two batteries in your tool box if we have too, there's nothin your old man can't do" I just smiled, maybe I'll let him do it, I like to challenge the guy. But hell, 20 maybe a bit extreme, but I'll go down in the KC lights history book

Dang Mudder, since I have been on the lighted end of your truck, I would say what you have now is extreme. I can't wait to see 20 of them. Tell your dad that we don't think he can do it. LOL

Mudder,

Right now I'm gonna stick to 4 on the brush guard. In the future I will ad 2 more to it. And maybe someday I will get that roll bar and a few more, but I'll always take the title of Daylighter Jr., since you started and got me thinking.
