Post Garden State Event

I was asked to try this again. This is the my 3rd attempt at trying to get a Garden State Chapter started. No interest in January, too many last minute problems to attend to in March.
They say the 3rd time is a charm so let's try June. The last time, I mentioned something about an air show at Firezap's office. It is on Saturday, June 3rd and it is a free event, okay we paid for it on April 17th. I've mentioned this to one or two Garden Staters and they were interested, plus Firezap has to be there in a way cooler truck than even our F-series.
How much interest is there? What time is good for everyone to be there for an official chapter meeting?
Anyone is invited to this meeting, even if you don't live in the Garden State.

If you have any interest post here, if you have any suggestions post here, or write to me at mtknee@f150fanatic.com.

Cool

I'm going to try to have everyone park at the station but we will be having extra help that day so it might be to packed. Please give me a good count on trucks so I can try to work it out. If I'm shot down at least we can have a face to face for the first meet.

Well, no promises this time, but I might be there. My dad wants to go, so I might wind up following him down. I don't know if my wife is working that weekend or not. If I can make it, I'll be there, if I can't make it I won't be there....Obviously...

Heya guys, I'd be up for it this time around...last meeting, I didn't have my truck yet. Now I've got it.

The only weekend I am out in June is the last weekend (29-31)...

Unhappy

Well, my fire department is having their 100th anniversary on that day... It's an all day thing to boot. Parade in the a.m. until fireworks at night. I wouldn't mind ya all stopping by though. It's Jamesburg Volunteer Fire Department, in guess what, Jamesburg, NJ. We're spending quite some $$$ on the day too for the festivities.

Angry

I talked to a couple of people and I can't get everyone parked at the same place. The chief said if you have fire trucks "no problem". But if you guys are on base make your way to the main station and ask for Ed. SORRY

What do you think of a get together a Mercer on this Sat? I'm taking my girls for a ride there. I'm planning on being there around noon. I will park at the West Picnic Grove.

Again, sorry about not being able to have everyone parked together.
