I'm with Tropic Traveler, if you can make it a little more towards central cali., I would definetly join in for kicks. Maybe a place where we can do many things. Z71 Killer, I think the idea of bringing the dirt bikes would be cool. I would bring mine up for the fun of it if you had a good place to ride.

July seems like a good time.

Well, I am not too familiar with central CA, so someone fill me in on some hot spots. If we meet in a centally located area, we will attract more poeple, like the soCal folks. Like F150 Bob said, to get more people from this area interested, we should post a link to this this thread where we know poeple we be. I'm thinking the last weekend in June.

Question

I'm ready anytime in June except for the 17th-18th. I'm fine with camping or meeting at a truck show or just plain meeting.

Z71killer, pick a weeekend and we can go from there.

By the way, everybody, send a link to this page to everyone you think may be interested. I know there are quite a few members in California.

I don't mind the drive. The only thing is I work Saturdays. So I'll either have to beg for the day off or come up late. I wouldn't mind coming up late if it will last into Monday or something.

Morning,

How about meeting for the day or afternoon in Rio Vista in the delta? Driving the delta is cool and there are a lot of places to stop for pictures and stuff. For lunch, there is an interesting restaurant-bar called Foster's there.

Just a thought.

Hey that sounds great. The Delta is awesome. Been to Rio Vista before, it really is beautiful with some great photo opportunities. Who else is up on this idea?

Cool

F150BOB has a great idea with the Rio Vista suggestion. I think that is a fairly central location for most (not all) of those posting here.

It's been awhile since I've been there...

Dates? Times? Also, I think a one day event is a good idea.

Delta sounds good. I don't know if I could make it (busy summer), but how about going from Rio Vista up through the delta to Old Town Sacramento?

Good Morning!

How about the 24th or 25th of June? Z71killer, is this the weekend you were thinking about?

I can't make it the weekend before or after. The rest of July is open for me.

Scotte and anyone else comming through Sacto., if this works out, we can meet up and go down together.

So...I think Rio Vista it is, & as Dirt Bike Dave said, we could always drive up the Delta to Old Town Sacramento. Been there, thats pretty neat. Ok, what day is best, Saturday or Sunday. The weekend would be the 24-25th of June. My vote is for Sunday.
Hey Dirt Bike Dave, I hope you can make it, I'd like to talk bikes w/you.
