Cool

They are a lot of fun. You can always email the webmaster and ask who is registered in the central/north CA area. That's how we got the Washington State chapter started.

By the way - Central/North CA is only about 12-15 hour drive from the Seattle/Tacoma area.....

Well Marv1, it's a start. We need everyone to come out of the woodwork and start planning. I'm in, you're in, now we some more trucks. If you're from this area, please post and show your interest.

Thumbs up

Z71killer,

This sounds like a great idea. I know there are a lot of "us" from Fresno north, and a lot of great places to meet.

I've already started waxing the truck!

OK, What's everyone's pleasure on location. Livermore has it's own rallys/meets...how bout Stockton, Modesto, Turlock, or Merced? Those places are kinda centrally located and I just know there lots of Ford truck around there.

Location of the rally doesn't really matter to me. You guys probably have some good ideas. I don't know Stockton or the area to well, so maybe there are some cool spots. I know there are some lakes and resovoirs within general vicinity. The Delta would be cool too. Anyway, as more & more people show interest, we should have a real good idea of what to plan. A rally would be awesome, to see all the cool Ford trucks.

I have never been to a rally before, so I guess we just wait for enough participants, then plan an itinerary. What does everyone think about the location or cruise? I'm in Livermore, which is on the outskirts of the Bay Area,in the Tri Vally (Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore) There are plenty of cool locations here, but we have to chose a spot that is equally drivable for everyone.

Scotte-That sounds like a cool idea. I've been up that way before, except we were going riding on our dirt bikes. Any other ideas?

Count me in... I live in the Placerville area, but I will travel to wherever the rally is.

Would anyone be interested in a forest Rally/camping trip up at Ice House? Maybe camp at Union Valley Res. and bring up boats for those of us that have them (no launching fees!). There's lots of great off-roading for those that want to do that (Rubicon Trail, and lots of other, less-challenging trails).

Just a thought...

You never know.......depending upon when and how far north, you just might see some of us from the SOCAL F150 group there.

So is everyone into this? I really want to do it, but haven't got any response as to a location, or date. I could do it in June or July. Are there any car or truck shows going on that we could meet? I know we have a Goodguys event here in July at the fairgrounds, but it is always hard to find parking, and last time there was vandalism.
