Cool WELL IT'S TIME FOR ANOTHER MILAN MEET?

HI!... Well local DETROITERS and WINDSORITES, the "FREAK" wants to know if you guys want another "MILAN MEET" before winter gets here. I was thinking something like SEPTEMBER 30TH or OCTOBER 14TH. MILAN DRAGWAY has bracket/test & tune on both dates. Let me know what you guys think? I have to see if I can get my truck to run a high 14.00E.T with the stock 30 inch tall tires!LOL! COM'ON GUYS!lol!

HI!... Well guys the "FREAK" is slowely getting ready for the MILAN MEET. Yesterday I bought two BF GOODRICH 255-50-R17 tires. I got them used from a freind of mine that owns a tire store here in WINDSOR. They have a 9-1/2 tread pattern just like my 275's do. These tires are 27.04 inches tall, compared to my stock tires which are 29.99 inches tall. I fiugured out on my DRAGMATH program that the 27.04 tires will make my 4.10 gears feel like 4.56's. I mounted them on one of my spare tire rims and the other on a spare tire rim that I bought for $70.00(CAN) Hopefully this will put me into the 14's, lol!

HI!... 2000BLACKBOLT : Of coarse you are welcome. The meet is going to be on SEPT 30TH. JMC and I are also going back up on OCT 14TH, so our buddy IZZYEDDY can come up with us. IZZYEDDY has to go to a wedding on SEPT 30TH so he can't come then. We did'nt want him to miss out on the fun.

P.S : By the way does anyone know what the sea level is at MILAN DRAGWAY? Just curious, so I can correct my E.T with my DRAGMATH program. Does the computer system at MILAN DRAGWAY already correct for sea level changes?

Raoul,
Wow, how did you ever get that close to my
Lightning. Maybe I launched to hard that time
and went up in smoke (happened at Milan during the friday afternoon session at the
SVT Experience on August 11, 2000) Was check-
ing out the board and followed the link about Milan on the 30th this month when I
found your picture with my Lightning in it.
That must of been at the Rally (?) at Virginia Motor Sports Park? Boy I wish Milan could get some bite like it was there. Really felt great but it was awfully hot then. Next time I won't be as easy on you at the tree! Oh I will think about being at Milan on the 30th, but need to put some maintenence in their starting line there. If not I will B*tch for sure. If you go ask me how it is to loose it at the 300ft mark there!
