The floor is bent all the way across the truck, and a roof has a bend in it. State Farm will not replace the floor. SUCKS BAD!!!

so if they arent gonna replace it are they totalling the truck? If so, i think thats actually sorta better, it doesnt look like an engine damaging accident but chances are the pieces will never line up just quite right.

my first truck? nope... i had a 96 ranger, 98 lariat, 2001 HD SCrew and now a two-tone 03 HD Supercrew....

Does anyone know what a good settlement from the insurance would be? If so do you have a printable copy so that I can plead my case.

ahhhh, i see. Noramally i see people with crushed fronts and its mostly their fault (at least out here in los angeles). People rear end all the time so i thought maybe that was the case. Actually out here if you rear end anyone under any condition its your fault although im not positive if that applies everywhere. No offence man i just see it alot. Esp with these idiots and cell phones and makeup etc etc. Reason i asked if it was your first truck is because i also see it massively more common in suvs really because people dont realize that it doesnt stop like a car and that gets em in trouble. Im happy i learned that pretty quick, though i was lucky and just barely didnt hit. Figured out quick that you gotta have space between you and the car in front when your in a near 3 ton vehicle.

Btw, thats such a shame esp since its so new, sorry to see that man. Im guessing it wasnt totalled, still run ok?
