Had a question for those more familiar with the 7017...I just had mine installed and thought there would be more graphical functions. Is there a way we can display some sort of graphic EQ while music plays? If so, how?

Thanks.

I don't think the 7017 has that capability.
The 7017 only has 3 or 4 screen saver's to choose from.
I like to know if the 7017 can be fitted with a G analyzer.
Does anyone know how much these cost and can they be fitten into a 7017.
Part number # ?????

Thanks

Ah shux...I know, I tried over and over to get something. The deck is awsome, but a lot more simpler that it seems once you go through all the menus/options.

One thing Im finding is that Im some of my menus get locked and I cant modify it. I guess I need to read the manual.

That's just the F-150's design.
I know that my 7017 will come with me, whenever this truck goes! Along with everything else. From my nav(4100), Pioneer B/U camera, PAC-SWI steering wheel controls, and my Audiovox 916 drop down monitor.
I've already seen it done. I friend of mine had a 97 F-150. He had a 7015, with a 3100 nav and he put it in a 03 King Ranch.

If I was you, I would do what I did. Get a separate DVD/monitor player in the back. So while your kids(or friends) watch a DVD, you still can listen to CD's up front. Totally independent from each other.

I thought the same thing regarding the rear monitor. I have a rear monitor for the kids in the back, a Farenheit, and then the front HU up front. The Kenwood makes it so nice with Dual Zones.

I didn't know they made dual zones.

Save's money that way.

Just bought a '06 F150 Supercrew to replaced my wrecked '04 Supercrew. I have a 7017 sitting on my work bench waiting for a good steering wheel button adapter. The SWI-X I had on my 7015 would only work half the time.

Any word on the Kenwood adapter mentioned in an earlier post???
