Sirius head unit

Does anyone make a head unit that comes with Sirius besides the factory one?
I just got an 03 F350 and the factory unit doesn't even play MP3's. LOL.
I would rather not buy a Sportster 5 or what have you if I can avoid it.

There's alot of aftermarket HUs out there that are both xm/sirius ready, you just have to purchase a separate receiver, be it a sirius or xm, that plugs into the back of whatever HU you install. Everything sits behind the dash hidden away and you can receive and control your sat. radio through the head unit like a factory one. The extra sat. receiver will run you around $100 and has to be one that is made for the HU you are installing. Here's mine: Not sure what have to go with, double or single din but this is my dd

Looks like you can get Sirius for just about anything.
