so where is the cheapest place to find a katzkin leather interior for my truck. Ive called around to various upholstery shops in my area to see about redoing my front seats and they all said that its not worth, that i should just go ahead and redo both the front and the back. They also all said they would recommend going with the Katzkin leather kits. They all quoted in the $1300-$1400 ballpark for the katzkin kit installed. Is the katzkin kit something i could do myself? or is it a pain in the rear and something you need a lot of experience to do? My truck is the lariat leather supercrew, tan, with the split bench up front with the fold down center console/armrest thing. and then the standard rear split bench. If the leather kit is something i can do myself then that might save me a good bit of cash. Was the price the shops quoted about average?
