I am looking at lowering the L about 1-2" in front and 2-3" in the rear. Currently have 20's

1. If I lower it do I need to change the shocks or will the current shocks work front and back?

2. I currently have the 2" shackels in the back which only lowered it about an 1.25". What do hangers do? Is there anything else I need to buy inconjunction with them. Are they a good option?

So your looking for the Belltech or Western Chassis 3/4 drop (2/3) on the L ? Your factory shocks will suffice for awhile...but it would be wise to change to some Doetch Tech ones soon there after. If you already have the rear shackles then all you need is the rear hangers ( what the other end of the rear spring connects to) and the front springs. You should also get new shorter front and rear sway bar end links.
