Has Ford said they are going to do anything about the marble sounds or are they just saying it is normal?

Is Mobil 5-30 in compliance with Ford's warranty on the L?

Thanks

I'm running the 0w30 right now. No problems. Didn't really expect any change but switched anyway.

Sorry.. let me clarify myself.
No marble sounds as in it not making the noise.... its smooth and as quiet as you could ever want.

I do drive my truck everyday, and I do drive it hard everyday.

I once heard someone post a "theory" of cheaper oil filters allowing oil to drain out of them or something therefore creating the noise??? No idea if thats true or how that information was obtained.

As for the oil/warrenty issue; I'm not 100% but I don't see where it would be a problem... it is much better than the stock dino oil. Maybe someone that knows for sure will chime in.

Again my truck is quiet, no noise at startup.

Sorry for the confusion,
Johnie
