well, the oil is changed every 2500 miles, fuel filter every other oil change. i'll probably never change the diff. fluid, but i probably will change the trans fluid every 10K or so when i get the shift kit, with the new pan, cause it's got that drain plug for it.

and i'll probably do plugs every 25K or so, i don't plan on going big on mods though either, just a 3 or 4lb pully, a filter, a chip, a shift kit, and other than that it's all gonna be appearence.

YES, go to a full synthetic! If you're going to continue(I wouldn't with a syn.) changing it at 2k, then I would get Mobil 1's 5w30. See my sig. for my favorite oil(it's much more expensive[$8/qt] than Mobil 1). I change it out at 6-8k and have never had a 'noisy' eng. I do a lot of interstate driving(75-80mph) so I can go longer between changes. The 30 mile trips to and from work get the oil hot enough to burn off acids and contaminants.

Smile 8200 miles and..........................

On my 3rd fuel filter.

Change oil (Mobil1 synthetic 5W-30) every 3 trips to the track. I don't go by the mileage rule.

3rd set of plugs. Stock, NGK TR-6's (sucked BTW) and now the blessed Denso IT22s (No miss, no drips, no errors)

Sunoco Ultra 94 at all times. Sunoco 104 GT unleaded in colder weather conditions at the track.

One complete transmission flush by JJSSVT.

Expensive yes, but not my daily driver. Also, I consider it cheap insurance in that I'm treating the L right and respecting the abuse I inflict on the engine and driveline. Overkill to many I'm sure. My philosophy is better to pay now than later.
