Irwindale times

I know a couple people were interested in these after my post yesterday. This was the 5th run of the night. It took that many to 1-figure out how to somewhat launch this thing with the added torque and 2-to let the track get some rubber down and heat into it.
On Street Tune

.565 light
1.98 60
5.438 330
8.272 1/8
86.52 trap speed

I don't know how the hell some of you other guys pulling 530 lb ft of torque cut 1.8 60's on F1's. I gotta get me sum them thar ET street me reckon Then I won't have to worry! I think it's safe to say I'm well into the "12 second club".

I8ACAMRO- you should maybe be able to best this with your slightly less torque to help with the 60 times and more hp for the trap speed (on F1's that is) . It just takes practice. Have you run before on that tune?

Overall, I was happy and snickering on the drive home as the last car I beat by 4-5 lengths was an AMG Mercedes.

Great times! I haven't run at the track yet. I would like to get a set of traction bars and slicks before I do run, but if I don't have the traction devices I'll still go.

I'm not real familiar with 1/8 times, but that seems great. Thanks again for the times.

Cali L-
Nice times! If you are on a budget and are looking for a set of ET Streets, I have a set that I can let go really cheap for a fellow SoCal L. Let me know.
