Went to Burt Ford in Denver and they had a DSG and a Sonic Blue 03 at their dealership. The Sonic Blue had pinstripe down both sides of the truck. Is this a new option or something the dealer did? Both trucks had a Denver area markup of $5000.00 so they were asking about $38, 295.00 I bought my 02 from another dealer in the area for about $7000.00 less than this. Just wondering about the pinstripe though. Never saw that on a Lightning before.

they wanted that much for my truck back in 99 when they where just out, but I only ended up paying 500 over sticker, bastards!

 

run away from it... very fast. I have never seen a pinstripe that I liked - just my candy coated opinion.

 

here's my pinstripe. it's looks exactly like the dark shadow grey L color. it's two tiny stripes.

I just stopped in to take a look at the 03s. I wasn't looking to buy as I am very happy with my 02. They can be found a lot cheaper around here that is for sure.

 

Get a ~500.00 plane ticket and fly to a reputable city w/ dealers that will do X plan or sell for ~1000+ under MSRP.
