Heim joint help needed

Heim joint help needed
I need to develop a system to deal with all of the heim joints in my rear suspension. They rattle and are hard to keep clean and lubricated. So, I need to come up with some kind of protective boots. Does anyone make those (wait, that would be too easy)?
The green joints could use something like a tie rod end boot, with a hole cut for the threaded shaft. The red joints will need to be open in three places.
The problem with the red joints are that when the bar moves around, the outer edge of the heim hits the surrounding metal, making a clatter. I think the play in the heims themselves also makes a little noise as the load moves up and down the shaft. Finally, all of the heims can hit the adjacent washers. When I go over a rough surface at low speeds, I hear lots of little clicks and clacks back there. On very steep angles, I also hear some sharp pops, but I think that these are from hard points.
Full rubber boots would not only prevent the outer edge of the heims from clicking against the surrounding metal (or washers), but would also muffle the clicking from lateral movement.
Someone suggested inner tube and zip ties (presumably shot full of grease with a needle), but I'm hoping for a more elegant solution.
Any ideas? Someone just has to make a solution for this.

Whassamatter Tim?
My suggestion of bicycle inner tube sections, grease & zip ties not slick enough for your truck?
OK Ok, I agree it's pretty low rent and doesn't come close to the (Porsche) standards of quality your striving for. But it is fairly effective at reducing the squeeks, pops, and rattles these heim joint are making.
It's almost a sure bet that someone here will come up with a better idea/solution.

I know they make what you want, I have seen them but right now I can't come up with a name. Try the circle track or road race scene. If all else fails go the the dirt bike shop and look at the seals they have on the shock hiem joints. If I remember right it is some purdy wizzy stuff.

PS maybe try some drag race chassis shops, I'm thinkin Mark Williams ????

see http://www.fkrodends.com/precision/precision.html
it's the only thing that stays tight on the racecar R.J. Hughes Sales, Inc. 630-325-2334

Tim what yo need is made by a company that markets seal ends under 'seals it' on the bar there should already be one set.As for using teflon that works but you still have the dirt getting into the joint and wearing it out.The sels it s' come in sizes from 1/4 to 3/4 but there is no way to lube them just seals the end.Stan
