Buy my Original Diablo Sport Chip if you have a 02
Spend under 10 bucks at Home Depot and make a 4" Ram Air
Buy my Hellwig traction control Springs (that will grrnty 1.8 60's)
And put a K+N drop in filter in to use all that wonderful new cool air.
Your results will be between 35-50 HP and Torque, @ 2-3 more lb's of Boost, and you can do it for under $200.00 total.
