I think you will get alot of different answers to this since everyone lives in a different location across the country with varying sea levels. 2 identical trucks can run different times right from the factory, some are stronger than others, this goes for all makes and models I believe. Id say though that a bone stock 02 L can run anywhere from 13.6-13.9 of course depending on the driver. Mike

I agree, it can change a lot depending on the location and the driver. mid-high 13's

Mine ran exactly what the SVT manual had published. 14.5 sec @ 99 MPH. Since then I have learned my truck runs inherently richer than most. Have PSP chip now and other mods, dynoed the truck and found out the inherent richness of the air fuel ratio in stock and chip modes. Therefore, if your truck is tuned a little better from the factory high 13s should be there.

My 02 ran a 13.2 @100 with a 1.9 60ft. temp about 80, bone stock on f-1s.B ut i guess the driver and conditions have a lot to do with the run times also. Im currently running a 12.6 with chip, filter, exhaust, tires, and bars.

Those are some fast times guys for being 100% bone stock. I guess the 01, 02 model years are actually faster than the 99, 00s? I know they have 20 more hp and 373s standard instead of 355s. Either way, those are some hauling times for a bone stock heavy truck. Mike

I would say it is more the drivers and locations then the model year difference imho.

I have also seen 01's run 14.20's-14.40's and a bone stock 00 run 13.54 at the same track.....the difference is the owner of the 00,had been racing His G/N at the track for years before owning a gen 2......experience and track conditions are everything with all else being equal.

I have seen several 99-00's in the 12's with out pulleys or juice, but at the same tracks, have never seen an 01 and up run 12's without at least a pulley.

You gotta watch out for them GN owners...they tend to know how to go fast.
