Fog Lamps

Okay, I've damn near read every post that comes up about converting 99/00 to the new fog lights and it seems that no one has accomplished that task. Is it safe to say that it's not possible?

Some one on the board said that all they make is the new style type lights. Ford is suppose to have a kit for converting over to the new ones. Skip

Hummmm, the way they mount the kit would include some plastic and a 1/2" drill bit. but i dunno has anyone else heard of anything like that?
