Lightbulb Anyone Running The Silver Bullet Cat-Back Along With High-Flow Cats?

I recently installed my Silver Bullet cat-back and really like the sound but would like it to be a little louder especially at idle. I am getting ready to replace the factory 4 cats with a set of Magnaflow high-flow converters. I am wondering if anyone has done this and if so how did the sound of the exhaust change? Is it a lot louder now? Also does it still have the deep throaty sound? I am a little worried that changing the cats along with running the Magnaflow straight through mufflers might end up making my truck sound like it has straight pipes. Man I hope not.

Rich, the sound clip that you posted with the Kook's headers and silver bullet exhaust is actually the full dual Magnaflow exhaust system from JDM, it isn't the Silver bullet cat-back. The Silver Bullet cat-back has 2 bullet shaped mufflers and is a lot louder than the full exhaust dual Magnaflow system that SuperFords is running. The Silver Bullet mufflers are a straight through design.

Anyone have a sound clip of the Silver Bullet cat-back with high-flow cats?

I have the Bassani's cat pipes with the Silver Bullets and a set of Hedman Headers. Check the sound file on the web site www.haloclub.com and wait for the sound to load. Just re-did it.

1badtk- Thanks I heard the sound file. Man those cats really seemed to make the exhaust a lot louder at idle. I think I am going to like it!

My buddy just did Bassani high flow cats and a Silver-Bullet catback. It's loud! Hard to talk in the cab loud. Big block sound but loud. Did I mention it was loud. Wake the neighbors loud.

Silver-Bolt- That's what I am looking for. If it would just stop snowing I could get the cats installed!
