You may be burning the oil in the intake???

Or, as someone else said, belt slippage--look for rubber dust near the idler pulleys--get a G/Y Gatorback belt to stop that if it's slipping.

I've noticed that on my truck. Someone told me it's the catylitic converters. They sorta heat up quick during WOT and give off a weird burning smell.

Does it have a sulfur smell? I've been told that it's the catalytic converters.
