I think most of the guys are on the way back home by now, i'll let them post ETs, I dont think any records were set, and the track was so busy and crowded.

I'm back home in Richmond. it was nice meeting you jeff.

I got a new best! well of course I've never run the '03 before so anything would be a new best.

actually here's the deal. my chip with my race and street programs wouldn't work. the truck just sat there and flashed it's theft light at me and wouldn't move towards the staging lanes.

knowing that this technique wouldn't net me a very good time, I decided to pop in single mode chip with my "SAFE TUNE" slash "TOWING PROGRAM".

I ran a 12.80@106.6 in "tow" mode. hopefully it'll get faster with a real tune in there. LOL, at least there was no pinging

Nice meeting everybody else too! good to put some names with some faces.

later,
chris

P.S. I forgot my stinking camera

Were you running on stock tires>??? If so that still isn't all that bad of an ET. Glad you had a good time. I can't wait to hit the track this year! -Mat-

yes, that was on F1s, I think my best '60 was around a 1.85 or so. not so great.

also, the Valentine 1 SAVED MY *** on the way home. Stan (owns the silver 2000 in the first picture next to ICULOKN) was following me and we pretty much cruised between 85 and 90mph the whole way home. anyway, the V1 started going off so I switched over to the slow lane, and sure enough, state trooper sitting in the median in the woods.

we would have been TOAST!

thanks mr valentine!

later,
chris

P.S. hey jefflaws, you got a thing against BLUE TRUCKS?

just kidding man, my truck was filthy from the snow here anyway, she wasn't feeling very photogenic today!

Thumbs up

I enjoyed meeting you fellas today. Everyone I talked to was very down to earth. It was cool to see some of the mods you guys have done to your trucks.

Now I've got to figure a way to come up with the mod money for mine.... he he he

Hit one bird on the way up there, then a huge owl on the way home. Only to run my slowest E.T. yet.

a 13.78!!!! This is with a 6lb. and chip!!! My 60' wasn't too good, but I still should have had better time.
