My tire that I ordered was tagged as exception. My wife asked the UPS delivery guy what that means and he told her that it only means that it must be scanned by hand everytime because of the size or packaging. Nothing at all to worry about. And mine wasn't delayed at all.

everyone is wrong, lol

an exception can mean a few things

1) the package was misrouted, i.e. it got put on a truck going to california instead of florida

2) the package cannot be delivered due to misinformation

i.e. the street name was mispelled.,
i.e. an apartment # was needed but not provided,

3) the package didn't make it to the destination in time for reasons such as weather

when you track the package and click "details" it should tell you the reason and ups at 1800 pick ups should be able to detail the info for you

that's funny I tracked mine from the beginning and
1)it was never misrouted
2)the name, address, so on was correct
3)delivered exactly when expected

and no the details do not tell you what the issue is or he would have never started this thread

He's right, the details never told me what the problem was.

That's why I came here for help. I mean, nobody EVER mail-order's stuff for their L's.

Checked it Again today: the package is now "in transit" from jacksonville, and should be here tommorow as planned.
