I would think an 00R model would run the 1320 just as quick,if not quicker then a stock 03.
00R 385 HP with deleted radio,air ect
03 390 HP loaded with options.

In any case,i would definitly take the 00 over the 03 cobra.

 

I never said anybody specific just looked at their R in the garage,I used it in a generalized statement.

"If you are not going to use the R like it was intended,(to race)I feel you got PORKED"

You obviously use your R in the manner for which it was built so you have no reason to take any of this towards you..........

I dont recall Many of the Rs running mid 12s stock as most 03s do.

btw, for the record, there is no way one could or should confuse a "regular cobra" (i presume you mean an svt cobra) and a "shelby cobra". they are two very differnent cars in handling, power, speed, and pure enjoyment.

 

Lightningquick your opinion has been duly noted. No reason to try and force it on to others though, as many have spoken opposite of your opinion, which I would be a part of. Two different cars and two different markets. People buy things for their own reasons, not yours.
