I hope you did not pay a lot for it.
For me it was worth about $40(and that is just because it was shiney). Buts that is just my opinion.
Makes a great paper weight though.

I sold one like that. It worked fine but BABolt reduced the price on his(one time only), so I got one of his. Both work well with increased boost and a CAI.

40 bucks? i thought you had an Accufab Vinnie....considering the blingness

i paid a little over 200 shipped for the unit including TPS. I would not have paid 400 for the Accufab though...the extra 200 is not worth the shine for me at this point.

I do have the ACCUFAB, I bought it used with a lot of other stuff and made out pretty good after I sold some of the other stuff I got.

I just felt Nothing w/ the T/B. Like I said IMO , but a lot of people spend money on a mod and never say it did nothing.
I even see guys that get a cat-back saying they felt the extra power.
I have one and I am sure it is a piece of the puzzle as Rob said just did nothing for me.

I know what you mean with the TB adding minimal power. I doubt i'll pick up more than 2-3rwhp if ANYTHING. but i have heard from most that a little better throttle response can be seen from a sb tb. hopefully that includes both the accufab and the SVO unit i purchased...guess we'll see....

I purchased it used. It is an SVO unit (found on the 2000 Cobra R??) I could not find this new anywhere though. However, Accufab is supposed to be coming out with a cast (not billet) unit that is 100 dollars off their current price of 400-450.

Does that Tbody have the right lever on it for a lightning......if not you can get them from Mark @ LFP for 25 bucks. Then you will have to have it installed.
Personally I think the Ford part has smoother entry than the billets...IMO. And before I get clobbered for that......I own an Accufab. Dale

It came off of an L and came with the TPS and everything. It has the correct lever I believe. We will see tomorrow..

I hope you are right about that smoother entry thing

man, im looking for an SVO too cyntaxx. you prob read me saying that. i seriously doubt that one s/b t/b makes more difference than the other. the polished accufab might have less air resistance. sounds weird, but when i rode bikes i kept the nose of my bike waxed. less wind resistance at high speed turns. anyways.... man i would love to find an svo somewhere.
