Griffin 01 L, strangely enough I made 369hp and 505 ft/lbs of torque on REM's Mustang dyno with the aforementioned 5# pulley and a single program Diablo chip tuned by Paul and Tim. So most likely it can be done with a 4# pulley as well... and I don't really care what that would read on a dynojet, as numbers are just for bench racing while drinking some beers, the real test is on the track.

Threre is no sense in arguing with you guys. I have seen probably 15-20 Lightnings dyno at REM, most of which had AT LEAST a #4 pulley and didn't pull 500lbs of TQ. ALL I WAS SAYING IS HE PROBABLY WON'T HIT THOSE NUMBERS! I'm not trying to take anything away from JC's truck. He and I are friends and I gave you my opinion. And you don't have a #4, you have a #5, which is different.
WTF must you people jump down people's throats for sharing a g*d d*mn opinion?

Beep-Beep---Beep-Beep. News Flash. I just got back from REM at 5:00 pm . JC's truck made 490 lbs of tq. I agree with griff. You need at least a 6 lber to hit over 500 lbs. Although I hear that the tq. numbers are the same on a correct (and I do mean correct) set-up dyno-jet dyno and the eddy current dyno. Its the h.p. #'s that differ. Those high 400 tq. numbers are still impessive.

Heh... lots of sensitive people around it seems. Though I am still quite happy with my 505 ft/lbs on a 5# pulley. Even backed it up with a cooled down rerrun at 504 ft/lbs. The results depend entirely on your truck and the tuning, as a 4 or a 6# pulley do not guarantee any kind of set number.
