I paid 1.85 for 93 octane here in Miami for the L and 1.98 for diesel for the SD. The days of diesel being cheaper than regular is over. I can't understand why it cost more than premium. Wish we could do something about it.

Just filled up yesterday at $2.29 per gallon. Saw a place down a few blocks at 2.34....and that's for 91 octane highly oxygeniated MTBE crap here in Lost Angeles. I hear it's even higher in the gay bay area.

Man, where you been getting your gas at Silver-Bolt for $1.80 for the last year? It wasn't all that long ago that regular was in the low to mid $1.30's and premium was about $.15 to $.20 gallon higher. It's just been about the last month that gas has really started to skyrocket. Regular has been around $1.78 to $1.83 with premium$.20 gallon higher. I agree, the octane here isn't the greatest. If you're interested, I can hook you up with some toluene if you want to add it to your gas to boost the octane. We bring it in by the rail car. I can get you a 5 gallon can for $4.25/gallon. I can also get you some unleaded racing fuel, but it can get pretty spendy.

i hear ya on the gas prices, boy they suck in los angles, though i can get about 2.07 in the torrance area, where are you? However i dont think they oxygenate our gas over here. 76 if you noticed is adveritisng NO MTBE but they never put MTBE in our gas in the first place
