My fogs are cracked all to hell...which i'll see if they can replace them since it's in the shop right now. The 03's looked different to me too...we'll see if they hold up any better.

My passenger window is slower than the drivers if thats what you mean.

I just had the exhaust "fart" the first time the other day...never heard of it till I read this post.

Never heard of the paint cracking though...that must suck...might want to check with ford on that one.

One of my fog lights cracked but it was from a rock hitting it. It had a 1/2" diameter hole in it when I replaced it.

The crack is about 3-4 inches up from the bottom right of the drivers window. About a 1/2 inch gash. I also have the CLUNK. It wasnt a big deal to me listening to your problems, but now i have an L and theyre my problems. Still fun as hell to drive. And for anyone who cares, I only have 18,000 miles on my 99.

Daytona 99 & others

Thanks for info on door crack. I have one in exactly the same place! ANYBODY, is Daytona 99 location same as for other L & F150's? I just thought somebody's door hit mine? Is there a TSB or something on this? Are fog light cracks really noticeable or difficult to see? There is such good info on this board! Thanks All!

Ford recognized the door crack issue but Im not sure what they will do for you. I have heard of a few people getting their's fixed by ford but it takes a while to get your truck back. Its something to do with the window going up and down, it flexes the door somehow and causes the cracking. Mine doesnt have it, keeping my fingers crossed I never do
