X-pipe

ANYBODY HAVE A WEBSITE TO CHECK OUT X-PIPES FOR A 99 L. IM TRYING TO DECIDE IF I WANT TO GET RID OF MY FLOWMASTERS FOR THE X-PIPE,A FRIEND OF MINE SAID HE WOULD INSTALL IT PARTS AND LABOR FOR $150.00,IS THIS GOOD AND HOW MUCH LOUDER WILL IT BE,THANKS Y'ALL

Magnaflow makes a generic Xpipe they retail for 100 bucks or more. Problem with the Xpipe is it makes the exhaust too long for regular pipe bends. You need a mandrel bender to put an S in the pipes for aftermarket tips to work. JDM and Bassani are making cat backs with this design. An X will make it a little smoother tone by combining the two banks of cylinders. It adds no noise that is the muffelr and converters job.

THE GUY WHO WANTS TO INSTALL THE X-PIPE IS TAKING OFF MY FLOWS,ISNT THAT THE WAY IT IS SUPPOSE TO BE,HELP CAUSE I GOT NO IDEA,HAHA

Well first off......


And then get a catback system from bassani or JDM which includes the X pipe.

sorry for the caps,hehe-i plan on leaving the rest of the exhaust alone,stock cats and so forth,will it still work and be louder than the flowmasters?
