O.K. so I need to re-install my Diablo Chip while the computer is still in the truck, I removed it to have it reburned and forgot which way it goes back in??!!!! HELP!!! Someone please tell me how it goes back in , which side up and facing which way! 2002 Harley truck.

 

Just reach under and look, you can't miss it,

Hold the connection part in your hand
The long part goes in first
Then after the whole board of the chip is inserted enough,
The contacts you are holding with your Thumb and index finger will come into contact with the Computer Board.
Watch what your doing and make sure it goes in ALL THE WAY

dunno about the diablo but with my superchip or my old psp you just slid it in and taped it to make sure it was secure. it could only go in one way and fit with that little metal piece on the right side of the computer (the part you had to bend in the bracket)

also make sure you disconnect the battery, etc etc.

 

so which side does the long part of the chip goin? the left or right?

I'm two Horny, that whole part goes inside our computer
All the way at the Bottom behind the yellow Pull Out Tag
is where the connections are. When your done nothing sticks out past the computer, ALL IS INSIDE

Does the tag that says im too horny go to the left or right? theres a bigger connection on the opposite side of the yellow tag, which side goes to the left or right?! Thanks for your help on this!!

 

I've done mine a ton of times but the only way to explain it is,
Lay on your back under the passenger side,
Snap off the black clip holding the computer in place
now your looking at the opening of the computer
you can plainly see the connection point right there staring you in the face.

Now hold the chip in you hand by the CONNECTION
Insert the entire body of the chip inside the computer box
I honestly cant tell you which way without doing it,
But you will see it only fits in one way
So there is no possible way you can put it in wrong

I'd take the extra 3 minutes and remove one bolt and take your computer out and do it that way, "if your not comfortable".
