Slotted and cross drilled...nice Are those 12 or 13 inch rotors? Also I was wondering if you upgrade the brake system is it good to keep the rear rotors bigger than the fronts like they are from the factory? Don't know why ford did that but I'm guessin they had a reason...

These rotors are not cross-drilled. They are slotted and dimpled.

Dod, it is an 03 and I have the Roush kit.

Jerry,

Let me get this straight! You have an '03 L (DSG) and you have the chromed '99/'00 rims ?

Well, if Stan runs the slotted/dimpled rotors, you know they have to work well under heavy auto-x action. Are they cryo-ed?

Dimpled? Ok i thought cross drilled rotors cool off faster/easier and slotted rotors have more bite...so what do dimples do? Is that just a RUSLOW thing?

I've heard some of the experts recommend against cross drilled rotors as it tends to weaken it and cause possible premature warpage. Not sure if it's true or not.

Nice!

And yes i would stay away from cross drilled rotors. Slotted helps alot for your gas disapation. I heard many stories about cross drilled having problems due to premature wear, cracking/breaking. But damm they look cool. Nice L man
