Well I did alot of mods over the winter and I really didn't know if the single program diablo was up to the challenge,I had my doubts because I went to the dyno last week and my A/F was pig rich. why no one knew,it was below 10.0. now safe is safe but c'mon.so I decided to go to Walsh motorsports up here in Michigan and have him burn me a Nice safe tune using autologic.Donny Walsh worked on my truck and one of the owners of autologic chips was there.so he did a base line on it.It ran 419.8 rwhp and A/F was at about 11.6 which he liked.Why did the A/F correct itself?? who knows.but they worked on the truck and only squeezed another 2 hp out of it,running 12.0 A/F.Bottom line they WOULD NOT sell me there chip,they said my chip is perfect.Don said I'm the first guy EVER that he couldn't get enough out of his program to sell a chip.Thanks JL I'll never doubt your setups again.

Wanna bet he copied the program off your Diablo chip and is gonna use it in the future? Hopefully you didn't let him do this.

 

Nope,He only uses autologic,he couldn't even read my chip.But I tell you what this guy is so good that he don't need to copy.28 years old,looks 16,been racing since 13,owns his own shop,always loaded and only advertises by word of mouth.just set a record for in his dragster down in florida,6.xx at 203mph ,he was on the phone I just overheard it(oops)my buddy has a SC281 saleen and was in there 3 hours earlier and he tuned it from 316 to 355,plus changed plugs,seen both his base line and tuned run so no funny stuff..

 

He lied and told you he couldn't read your chip? So he must have tried then right? Trust me, he read it, copied it, and it's stored on his harddrive.

Autologic dealers CAN read other companies chips. Just ask Sal.

Trust me He Didn't read it,WHY because he handed it to me after the base line run and I held on to it until he said he won't sell me a chip for 2 hp,then he put it back in.THATS iT,I went everywhere he went and he did it all in the open.

 

Heck, all he has to do is order a chip from Johnny if he wants to see what the program is..............It's not rocket science.

 

Congrats Frank..........you should whoop on your Stang buddies now. And who really fuggin cares if he copied a program......like Frank's truck is the first Diablo program this guy has EVER dynoed. Just like mswaim said........all he has to do is order one if he wants the program anyway.
