$20 is before the rebate...each...after the rebate you can get the pair for $30...I just picked up my set a couple of hours ago.

Before going HID I had PIAA's, and I fried one of the harness plugs with them, its not a biggie to replace it (just went to autozone, bought another, snipped and soldered), but just FYI.
