Question Continually blowing fuses

Ever since I put JDM exhaust on my 01 L, I keep blowing the #23 HEGO sensor fuse. What is the HEGO sensor and why does that fuse keep blowing?

hego is the heated oxygen sensor. something is probably shorted or grounded

blowing fuses

The fuse is blowing most of the time when I have accelerated hard and then let off. When letting off the accelerator is when the fuse is blowing.

Check for a broken wire. My brother's truck did the same thing. Broken wire, new O2 sensor fixed it. -Mat-
